Account name 35 to 56   Alpha (A-Z) or Numeric (0-9) and spaces, 22 Characters max.
ID 57 to 71   No validation, 15 Characters max.
Default Amount 72 to 81   Numeric (0-9), 10 Characters max.
Addenda (optional) 82 to 161   Alpha (A-Z) or Numeric (0-9) and spaces, 80 Characters max.
