Since you have chosen to no longer receive your ADT bill online, please contact ADT immediately to ask them to change your billing address. You may contact them by phone or visit their website to see whether it supports address changes.
 
Address changes may take up to 3 billing cycles, depending on the payee. In the meantime, if we receive a bill from ADT, we will present it to you as an unassigned bill. Even though you are no longer receiving an e-bill, you can still use our site to make a payment. Finally, the automatic payment tied to your e-bill will be discontinued, but you may set up a new automatic payment.
