Account Detail Report
Provides detailed account information for a selected date or date range. Back to top
Account Related Alert
A message notification that notifies you when an event has occurred that is specifc to your checking or savings account. For example, when your account is below a set minimum balance or if your account has a negative balance. Back to top
Account Reporting
Online Banking service that allows you to create custom reports from account summary and transaction data. Back to top
Account Type
Type of account available for Online Banking. For example, checking or savings. Back to top
ACH
Automated Clearing House. An electronic funds-transfer system run by the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). Also an Online Banking service that allows you to make payments, including Federal and State tax payments, and collections. Back to top
ACH Collection
Online Banking service that allows you to collect funds from other accounts and move funds to a single company-owned account at the financial organization. Back to top

ACH File Upload

Amount Type
A part of the ACH addenda record for the Online Banking State Tax service. The values for this part of the ACH addenda record include 'T' for tax, 'I' for interest, 'P' for penalty. Back to top

Approval Administration
Ability to specify the number of approvals that will be required before a transaction will be transmitted and sent for processing. It also provides the capability to vary the number of approvals based on the amount of a transaction. Back to top
Available Credit

BAI
Bank Administration Institute. Focused on enhancing organizational performance for financial services. Back to top

Format used for the exchange of financial data between finanical organizations. Many treasury workstations used by large corporations take input files in BAI2 format and parse the data for use within the workstation. Batch
A group of transactions formatted into a NACHA file. The batch consists of a batch header (5 record), batch footer (8 record) and one or more entry detail transactions (6 record). Back to top

Bill Payment
Service that enables you to conveniently pay bills from your accounts online. Back to top
Book Transfer
Service that allows the transfer of funds from one account to many accounts (a debit type transfer), or from many accounts to one account (a credit type transfer). The one account is referred to as the Source Account for one to many transfers, and the destination account for many to one transfers. Back to top
CCD
Cash Concentration or Disbursement. An ACH debit or credit from or to a business account. Back to top

CCD+

Control Amount

Credit Card Payment
Service that allows credit card payments. Back to top
Credits
Amount deposited into an account as part of a transaction. Back to top
CSV
Comma-Separated-Values. A type of data format in which each piece of data is separated by a comma. Comma-separated-values file format for use in spreadsheet programs. For Windows customers, this file format can be used with any spreadsheet program. For Macintosh customers, this file format can only be used with Microsoft Excel©. Back to top
Current Balance
Today's starting balance plus or minus any current-day transactions that have not yet completed or cleared. Back to top
Custom Alert
A notification containing message text you created, which is automatically sent to on the dates/frequency defined by you. Back to top
Cut
The ACH process where all payments that are transmitted by a user are bundled and formatted into a NACHA file and sent for processing. Back to top

Debit Account

Debits

Decision
The decision to pay or return an exception item. Back to top
Deposit Reconciliation

Destination Account

Download Report

EFTPS
Electronic Federal Tax Payment System. Service that allows businesses to pay federal taxes electronically. Back to top
EIN
Employer Identification Number. A unique 9-digit number used to identify a business taxpayer. Also known as a Tax Identification Number (TIN). For individual taxpayers, the Tax Identification Number is their Social Security Number (SSN). Back to top
E-mail Address
Location to which an electronic mail message can be delivered. E-mail addresses cannot be longer than 64 characters. A 2- or 3-character extension after the period is required. For example, smith@example.com. Back to top
End On
The ending date for a recurring payment or transfer request. Back to top
Positive Pay
Online Banking service that enables companies to view, decision and approve exception items prior to check processing cutoff. Back to top
Exception
Item that is presented to the financial organization that differs from the reconciliation file stored at the financial organization. Back to top
Exception File
The report file output of Paid Errors resulting from the reconciliation performed by the Account Recon area between the Deposit nightly check processing and the Check Issue file provided by the Company. Back to top

The central banking system of the United States that is under the control of a central board of governors (Federal Reserve Board) with a central finanical organization (Federal Reserve Bank) in 12 districts, and that has wide powers in controlling credit and the flow of money as well as in performing other functions, as regulating and supervising its member financial organizations. Frequency
The frequency of a recurring payment or transfer request. Frequency options include: Today only, One time, Weekly, Every other week, Twice a month - the 15th and last day of the month, Monthly, Monthly - last day of the month, Every three months, Every Three Months - last day of the month, Every six months, Every Six Months - last day of the month and Yearly. Full Account Reconciliation

IBAN

Intermediary
A financial organization that is used as a mediator to direct funds to another financial organization. Back to top

Issue Type
The type of check issue item. Issues are customer issued checks that are entered as issue items. Void issues are checks which have been voided. Back to top
Issued Amount
The amount written on a check. Back to top
Issued Date
The date written on a check. Back to top
Maximum Transfer Amount
The maximum amount that may be transferred out of the source account. Back to top
Messages
Online Banking messages sent to you from us. These messages do not travel outside of Online Banking ensuring the security of confidential data such as account numbers or tax IDs. Unlike e-mail, these messages can only be read when logged in to Online Banking. Back to top
NACHA
National Automated Clearing House Association. NACHA develops operating rules and business practices for the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network and for electronic payments in the areas of Internet commerce, electronic bill and invoice presentment and payment (EBPP, EIPP), e-checks, financial electronic data interchange (EDI), international payments, and electronic benefits services (EBS). NACHA File
National Automated Clearing House Association file format. The ACH record format specifications described in the NACHA Operating Rules and Guidelines are the accepted and warranted payment format standards for payments delivered through ACH. This can consist of one or multiple batches. Multiple customers for one financial organization may appear in one file. Back to top

Originating Depository Financial Organization. A participating financial organization that originates ACH entries at the request of and by (ODFI) agreement with it's customers. ODFIs must abide by the provisions of the NACHA Operating Rules and Guidelines. Back to top

Recurring Request

Security Code

Source Account

Summary Report

User Profile

User Roles

Variance Amount
The difference between the Control Amount and the sum of the detail entry amounts for an ACH transaction. Back to top

Wire
