VNB’s Mobile App Has Been Updated

VNB’s updated Mobile App is now available for consumer clients. If a mobile device updates applications automatically, no action is needed, and the new version has been installed.

To log in to VNB’s new Mobile App, clients will need to enter the USER ID and PASSWORD used for Online Banking.

The facial recognition feature will need to be redone with the new version of the Mobile App. After entering your USER ID on the log in screen, slide the button over for “Enable FaceID” to reinstall this security feature.

Clients must have an existing, active VNB Online Banking profile in order to use the Mobile App. New VNB clients may sign up for Online Banking and enroll here.

  1. Sign-in to the new Mobile App by entering your USER ID,  and click “Continue” in the top right corner.      VNB Mobile App

    Do not click “ENROLL NOW” unless you are new to Online Banking.
  2. A One-Time code will need to be entered as an extra layer of security has been added for protection.  Click option to receive code and click “Continue” in the top right corner.
  3. Enter security code and PASSWORD, then click “Continue” in the top right corner.
  4. A message to receive notifications will pop up. Click “Allow” or “Do Not Allow”.
  5. After logging in to the Mobile App, you will find the list of accounts on the main page. Choose an account and find these functions:
     - Check balances
     - Access transaction history
     - Transfer funds between VNB accounts
     - Pay bills using Bill Pay
     - Mobile deposits
  6. Always LOG OUT when you are done using the Mobile App by clicking on the button located in the top left corner of the app.

Enjoy the convenience of paying bills online using Bill Pay through the Mobile App. Click the Bill Pay button at the bottom of the screen. To begin, clients must “Add Payee” before proceeding to “Pay a Bill”. Same-day Bill Pay transactions in the Mobile App are not allowed. When entering the payment date, simply click on the next business day to view the date of when the payment will be made. Complete each Bill Pay field displayed on the screen, then click “Continue” in the top right corner to schedule the payment.
