How do I enroll in Business Online?
Enrolling in Business Online is simple. Visit any branch or contact our Client Care Center to get started. If you are enrolling multiple entities, for business or individual accounts, or if you would like access to more than the four included accounts, make sure to let a Client Care member know. How much does Business Online Cost?
VNB offers 3 packages of Business Online, and you choose which is best for your business. Each package has a monthly base cost with the ability to add additional accounts and miscellaneous services that you may need. Can you download transactions to Quicken®, Quickbooks® and Microsoft Money®?
You can download your transactions into Quicken®, Quickbooks® and Microsoft Money® using the WebConnect® feature, which will import your transactions into the software in the appropriate accounts. Detailed information on how to set up the service can be found in your financial software as well as links to instructions within VNB Business Online under the Administration tab and within Download Documents link. Virginia National Bank has 2 links in Quicken®: “Virginia National Bank” and “Virginia National Bank – Business”. All Business Online users – whether for business or individual or combined entities – should access only the “Virginia National Bank – Business” link in Quicken® and Quickbooks®.
What are the system requirements to operate Business Online?
You will need the following to use Business Online:
- A computer with access to the Internet through an internet service provider.
- The current or one prior version of Windows or Mac operating systems.
- The current or one prior version of Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari.
- The current or one prior version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- A valid email account.
