How to Go Paperless
Log in to Personal Banking
a. Log into Personal Banking by entering your username
b. Enter password on next page
c. Select ‘Documents’ from the ‘Accounts’ top menu
d. Click ‘Delivery Settings’
e. Select ‘Online’ for each of your accounts for ‘Statements and Notices’ and ‘Tax Forms’
f. Click ‘Submit’ button
Log in to Business Banking
a. Log into Business Banking by entering your username
b. Enter password on next page
c. Select ‘Reports’, 2nd tab on top
d. Within ‘Reports’ drop box, click the link ‘Statements and documents – account selection’
e. Within this page, click the link ‘View and Maintain Document Preferences’
f. Within this page, change the ‘Delivery Preferences’ to ‘Online’ for each of your accounts
g. Click ‘Continue’ button
