How do I update a payee's account number?

To update a payee's account number, deactivate the payee and then re-add the payee with the correct payee account number. Back-to-top icon

To update a payee's address, deactivate the payee and then re-add the payee with the correct payee remittance address. Back-to-top icon

How do I change my e-mail address?

You can change your e-mail address at anytime. If you can change business information here, within the bill pay site, a link to your business profile will be available from navigation links—click that link. The Business Profile page appears with a link asking you if you want to update your personal profile. Click that link, change your e-mail address, and click Save changes. You will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that your account has been changed. If you cannot change personal information within the bill pay site, please contact your bill pay provider for more information. Back-to-top icon

Who has access to my bill pay and checking account?

You are the only person who can authorize payments to be issued against your account. Our representatives only access your account information on a need-to-know basis, and only with your approval. Back-to-top icon

What is the billing address of your processing center?

When you enrolled, you were assigned an address at our state-of-the-art mail processing center in Sioux Falls, SD.

For bills you have redirected to us, this is your billing address. Some merchants ask for a billing address to confirm credit card purchases made by telephone or over the Internet. In addition, your payees may reference this address when verifying your account or identity with them.

For bills we retrieve from your biller's website and bills you receive at home, your billing address will not change. Back-to-top icon

How can I end online delivery of a bill?

To stop online delivery of a bill, from your navigation links click My payees. Within the E-Bill Status column, click the "Cancel e-bill" link corresponding to the payee for which you no longer want to receive a bill online. Back-to-top icon
